If/When you get Covid-19

If you have any of these symptoms, GET TESTED IMMEDIATELY.

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. If you or someone you know gets any, doesn’t have to be all of these symptoms, may have COVID-19:

  • Fatigue

  • Fever or chills, (only 40% of those with Covid have a fever)

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:

  • Trouble breathing

  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest

  • New confusion

  • Inability to wake or stay awake

  • Pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds, depending on skin tone

Call your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.


Demand that your doctor place you on “MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES”.[ii]

If you pass the timeline for the antibodies, ask your doctor for “the cocktail”. He/She will know what that is--remdesivir and steroids--approved by the CDC to treat Covid-19 in a healthcare setting.[iii]

Covid Survivors suggest:

  • CONTINUE taking supplements

  • EAT raw garlic, crunch it between your teeth, put it is soup, or salad, or whatever so you bite it raw. Cooked does not work.

  • DRINK warm beverages, a quote from a COVID Survivor, “COVID do not like hot”. Drink hot lemon water, warm tea preferably with elderberry, or Echinacea, nothing cold!

  • DO NOT LIE ON YOUR BACK, I know it is hard, but sit up as much as you can, get up and move around every two hours, not matter how you feel, if you need help getting up, that’s fine, ask a love one to make sure you walk around every two hours.
